Granted, catering doesn’t happen often, but when it does… look out! The Chamber wanted a Blues and BBQ theme for the banquet, and Chef Matt went all out! With amazing pork BBQ, BBQ chicken, vegetarian baked beans, mac n cheese, collard greens and the best corn bread I’ve had this side of the Mason-Dixie line, it was difficult to not over-eat!
