Yoda's Journey: New Babies
http://oldmanstories.blogspot.com/2005/11/new-babies.html
Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Monday, November 14, 2005. My brother recently had his first child. We don't usually get to see and hear the excitement of birth. This time I observed it in a whole new dimension. The Sparkler would call every day to find out if she had a new cousin. If you called her, the first words were, "Do I have a new cousin? All this before you could have a mundane conversation about something like winning the Lotto. Posted by Yoda @ 4:22 PM. Look forward to meeting you.

Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Wednesday, August 17, 2005. The first time I saw her I fell in love with her dark straight hair and voice. I thought she was the most beautiful miracle God had ever created. Her hair soon fell out. Today, twenty-eight years later, her hair is lighter and curly. The sound of her voice still makes me love her. On your birthday, Paula, I have a wish for you. I hope when you are a parent you have a child as wonderful as you. Posted by Yoda @ 9:02 PM 2 comments. Yoda's Journey: Foreshadowing
http://oldmanstories.blogspot.com/2005/09/foreshadowing.html
Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Wednesday, September 28, 2005. So much is out of our control like what a child will be like when they are born. I could never have imagined the joy of this daughter. Actually I could never have imagined the joys of daughters since I had no sisters. The lessons I learned from my daughters are more than I ever learned in high school. Posted by Yoda @ 11:09 AM. So will this entice the second daughter to comment? So what was the foreshadowing for the first daughter?

On Monday evening I was walking out of the office with my boss when he paused to bend down. To my surprise he was turning over a penny to make it "heads up". That is SO Amelie.we may need to give you superpowers for that. Links to this post:. View my complete profile. Girl On Girl Cooking.

sparkler's notes: Flickers
http://thesparkler.blogspot.com/2005/11/flickers.html
Tuesday, November 01, 2005. This past Saturday I took a basic knife skills class. Not the one that is taught in dark corners of Los Angeles on how to defend yourself in a street fight. This class was to educate me on the best ways to chop my food for cooking and presentation. Veggies are the only unlucky victims. Posted by the sparkler : 9:17 PM. So when are you going to drunk dial Veronica Mars to invite her over to watch poker and chop vegetables? That's kind of hot. Can I come too? Los Angeles, CA.

sparkler's notes: December 2005
http://thesparkler.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 23, 2005. Christmas Trees and Football. Two things that December is full of. The month kicked off with both of these in one weekend, the USC v. UCLA game on Saturday and tree trimming on Sunday. My relationship is successful based on the fact that M and I understand what each of these mean to the other. I watched The Station Agent. Speaking of short stories come to life, I read Brokeback Mountain by Annie Proulx. (Thanks Julia. Check it out, they post new secrets every Sunday. The bo...

sparkler's notes: fantasy undone
http://thesparkler.blogspot.com/2005/10/fantasy-undone.html
Monday, October 24, 2005. Not at the young, tall, muscular, dark haired, chiseled face, first responder wearing the navy blue uniform; that I was anxiously anticipating. An old, short, slightly overweight balding man climbed down off the truck. I mean don’t you need to submit your headshots to get into the fire academy? What happened with this one? Did he not age well? Posted by the sparkler : 9:03 PM. Some of these sites even have recipes from the firehouse.not that I looked or anything. Los Angeles, CA.
