I didn’t do too much, but I was a mess of emotional and physical hardship. Within the first hour of my juicing, the very first hour, I was already having mental breakdowns only to be “fine” a few minutes later. I would have mood swings, get upset, get confused, then just be okay. I realized early in the day, I was no where near my goals for juicing properly.

Yep I made it 5 whole years this month being vegan. Go me. The best compliment I get is when people don’t believe the first picture is me. Before and After veganism. So August of 2009, I did. I was also in for the biggest change in my life and had no idea how quickly things were about to change for me. Let me explain this.

The waitresses are very nice about fielding questions, too. I love this place. Bring friends and get the coffee ceremony for dessert!
