Tuesday, September 23, 2008. I thought that summer was coming to an end, and that meant no more yard work. boy was I wrong. When David and I bought our 5 acres a few years ago, I thought we bought it for the plush trees. David grew up in Idaho, where nothing grows for years, and now that we live in a state where everything grows like weeds, he wants to cut it down . Roger and Ann Clark Family. Friday, October 31, 2008. Halloween of Days Gone By. This Halloween is the first since we've had kids that no one at our house dressed up. The grand kids. Did visit in their costumes but I thought I would let their parents post their pictures. So I found a picture of a past Halloween . Roger and Ann Clark Family. Saturday, April 18, 2009. The Ring. I couldn't get the camera to focus on it. They will be living in the "Love Shack" next to Mike and Kimberly. Both are attending BYU-I during the summer semester and Adam is working with Roger and Alan on his days off from school. We are excited to have Kylee as a part of our family. Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Every Summer, almost every place we have lived, I have tried to keep the kids involved with the local Library's reading program. We always start off with good intentions but by the end I think we all sort-of forget. I did it real good with Steven a few times. Anyway, we made it this summer! The theme this year was bugs! Sean and Sam read 1000 minutes each and was awarded some binoculars and a Personal Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut. Then we just got crazy! Tuesday, August 19, 2008.

Sunday, November 23, 2008. So this Friday Steven went in and took his drivers test. He passed and did well and got his drivers license! He was ready to rock and roll! So, I gave him the motherly lecture."drive safe, you don't want to get in an accident on you first day driving solo." and all the other stuff you tell them before handing the keys over. Well, shortly after that I was out running errands and somebody hit me! So I called Steven and told him not to worry I did it for him! So later he calls.

Saturday, December 20, 2008. A Day with Granny and Papa. After all the Thanksgiving turkey and Pumpkin pie, everyone went back to their everyday lives, but we got to have Granny and Papa all to ourselves! Well, It was just Seth, Sawyer and I the rest of the Gilman's had to go back to work and school. We got to have lunch at Burger King and then go feed the ducks along the Snake River.
