Weight wise; I have now lost a little over 70 kilos, which is 154 lbs. I am happy about that. Also I am really chuffed that I lost 5 cm in the waist in just one week. Wow. I am really starting to see that I have a figure and a shape underneath it all. Yay! Life in general wise; so and so. I don't feel like getting into all that, it's too negative.
