This Christmas (2014) the youth from Kids Can Change The World, are planning on spending two weeks helping out at "Giving Hope Orphanage" in Guatemala. This will be the first trip of this kind that they have participated in and are very excited. Previously, all their humanitarian work has been done locally. Sunday, May 29, 2005. Home safe and sound. Carla and I have made it back to this hemisphere, continent and country and are safely back at home. There is a lot to do and organize now that we are back but the kids, the cats and Vinny our dog were all excited to see us back. Once again, thanks to everyone who made this trip possible.
