Thursday, 17 October 2013. I'm up to day 4 and I have to say, each day is getting easier. I've found I've had cravings in the afternoons, which I never had, and I'm now starting to think its because I have told myself I'm not allowed to drink at night. I guess it's the same when your on a diet and know you can't eat a certain food and it's all you think about and desire. Wednesday, 16 October 2013. So far so good. Day 2 completed. Feeling proud.
