Trials and tribulations raising twin girls and their older sister. Thursday, August 26, 2010. Kylie had her first friend birthday party a couple weeks back. We hit up Monkey Joes. For the special occasion- mainly because there was no way we were having 25 kids at the house! So, 2 hours of jumping, running and cake were enough to make one 5 year old happy! The (mis)adventures of 3 sisters, their parents and the cat who lives next door. Sunday, October 27, 2013. Grammy and Gramps were in town for our annual pumpkin carving extravaganza! We had just brought the pumpkins in from outside and the girls couldn't get over how Cold the pumpkin guts were! Molly really wanted to scoop pumpkin guts INto the pumpkin. She sort of missed the concept. Gramps was in charge of seeds and did a thorough job of separating seeds from guts. Emily was focused on her cat pumpkin.

Our visit to the Botanic Gardens was a hot one- in the upper 80s/lower 90s. we managed to hit every water fountain around and got to see the train exhibit. The kids had a great time and were a tired crew afterwards- - a huge bonus! Shay trying to get as close as she can to the water. Trains, trains, trains! Waiting, waiting, waiting.
