Because I have a sweet thoot (especially chocolate mmmmm) I always choose a health conscious breakfast that contain the necessary vitamins and minerals. One of those breakfasts is oatmeal with fresh fruit. I think it is a delicious meal and it keeps me full until noon, without craving for unhealthy snacks. Next to the classic oatmeal with apple and cinnamon, I have two other favorites. Version 1 : Oatmeal with berries. 200 ml Rice-coconut milk (or other milk).
