Spirituosen, Cocktails and Selbstversuche. Classic Bijou Flighty Bijou. 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth Add cucumber slice. 3/4 oz. Damrak Gin to classic recipe. 3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse. Shake gently; serve up in a chilled martini glass. 1 oz green chartreuse. 2 oz orange juice. Tonic to top off. Mix ingredients and strain into a tall glass with ice. 1 oz green chartreuse. 1 oz light rum. 1 oz club soda. 1 oz grapefruit juice. 3 sprigs fresh mint. Stir and serve up in a chilled martini glass. 1 oz lemon juice.

Spirituosen, Cocktails and Selbstversuche. Cocktails: mit frischen Kräutern. Gin (Red) Basil Smash. 20 ml Simple Sirup. 50-60 ml Gin (G Vine, T10, Bombay). Red Basil (Hand voll , ca. 20 Blätter). Muddle very hard – double strain on ice. Don the Beachcomber version. From „Beachbum Berry’s Grog Log“ by Jeff Berry and Annene Kaye (1998). 4 Whole fresh sprigs of mint (6-8 Blätter). 1/2 slice Fresh pineapple. 1 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice. 1/2 oz Peach brandy. 1/4 oz Sugar syrup. 1 oz Light Puerto Rican rum.

Spirituosen, Cocktails and Selbstversuche. 12 cl heißen Tee Istanbul Nights (Samova Teemischung). 4 cl Yeni Raki. 1,5 cl Grenadine. 4 cl Hendrick’s Gin. 2 cl Rose’s Lime Juice. 2 TL Team Spirit (Teeschnitt). 8 cl Cranberry Nektar. 1,5 cl Holunderblüten-Sirup. Team Spirit in eine samova Teekanne geben und mit dem Gin und Lime Juice eine Minute lang ziehen lassen. Den Mix durch ein feines Sieb in einen mit Eiswürfeln gefüllten Shaker gießen, Cranberry Nektar und Holunderblüten-Sirup dazu geben und shaken.

The Bobby Burns Cocktail is one of the great cocktail with scotch, actually. It has very smooth, so sweet and aromatic taste. 2 ounces blended Scotch whisky. 1 ounce Italian vermouth. 1 dash Angostura bitters (or if you have Peychaud’s on hand, give that a spin). 2 dashes Drambuie OR Benedictine. 15 shot / 45 ml / 1.5 oz Glenmorangie Signet. 1 measure of Drambuie.
