Cardiff Illustration Degree show 2011. Who needs a social life when you have tea, ink and hob nobs! I love painting wolves, everything about them is just beautiful. Painting wolves is definitely more satisfying than Saturday night TV or having an awful night out. I had a dream a had a blue and pink cat last night. Cardiff Illustration Degree show 2011. This is a piece based on. By Daphne du Maurie. In this short story the world's bird population appears to go mad and starts attacking the human race. I photo copied images from a very old nature book and painted over the top of them with contrasting, violent images based on sections from the book. I liked the idea of juxtaposing examples of birds behaviour in the wild with drawings of unusual, frightening behaviour from the book. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
