Happenings at the Haus. May 8, 2010. I ran my first (and probably last) 5K for Susan G Komen Race for the Cure! Rose and I trained long and hard together. She was a trooper, using pushing Noah in a stroller (luckily a jogging stroller). Riverside Park was our main training ground. However, we knew there would be hills on the course, so Chastain park was our hill prep. Unfortunately, it was at that park I strained my ankle ONE WEEK BEFORE THE RACE! My cheesy, happy smile. The beginning of the race.

Happenings at the Haus. June - Natalie's parent's visit. My mom and dad came to visit in June. For Father's Day I took my Dad to the HIGH museum. Car show they had. It was AMAZING! I like cars, but my dad LOVES cars. He was like a little kid in a toy shop, the only down side was the "no touching" rule and "no flash photography."
