This morning, Glen Coe hills had a new cover of snow above 500 metres. There were some nice, bright spells of weather at each end of the day but the middle was blizzard like! Aonach Eagach ridge this morning on the way up the glen, it looks pleasant enough. Looking down into Glen Coe. At about 870 metres strong winds scouring the snow. At 930 metres white-out conditions.

It was dry and cold through the night, then by mid afternoon the wind increased and became Southerly. The freezing slowly rose through the day and rain started later in the afternoon. It looks like it going to get very through Tuesday and avalanche activity is likely! Darker clouds arriving, looking West towards Glen Coe.

After a stormy night the weather improved late morning to give some pleasant conditions. Most of the new snow arrived on strong winds transporting it to lower elevations, snow on the A82 at 300 metres.
