Diet Plans – Food. Make It Happen – Dream, Plan, Achieve. Brekkie on the Go and Running in the Rain! This morning it rained hard, as is to be expected here in Seattle. But I put on my running shoes and windbreaker and ran for dear life. At first I started avoiding the puddles, but once I found myself ankle deep in a huge one just before I ran under the I-5, I gave up. I let myself go and enjoyed getting my feet wet. This is a great workout to help you burn belly fat! It’s intense and I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have a good base already, I would recommend the exercise structure though. So you could modify this to do something a little easier, ie squat thrusters, or just simple burpees. Either way, this is intense! Running Plans for Beginners.
