Upon Glenn's return from the Colorado mountains in the winter of 1995 he decided that he wanted to experience the Canadian Rockies using his favourite modes of transport, the kayak and the Canadian canoe. So in the Spring of 1996 Glenn embarked upon a solo voyage of discovery to the lakes and mountains of British Columbia and Alberta. The journey lasted three weeks and involved paddling many miles through some of the most spectacular scenery on the planet.
