Bug fixes and better upgrader. Fixed problem with network settings not being activated when activating GlimmerBlocker. This made GlimmerBlocker unable to block ads when you reactivated GlimmerBlocker. Complete new updater which will dramatically reduce the amount of data to download (for following updates). Fixed bugs which made WebDav publishing dialog (and others) likely to hang or crash. Reported by Andreas Maks. Digits in top-level domains are now allowed. Reported by Brody Hoskins.
