Glimpses of Lawrence (Kansas). Images in and around University of Kansas and Lawrence. Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Like most cities and towns in US, Lawrence had a spectacular Fireworks show. Capturing Fireworks is tricky. I have attempted a few photographs here. The fireworks took place on the other bank of Kansas River and it was targeted towards spectators sitting mainly in the Watson Park.
