President Arroyo on Wednesday formally ordered Labor and Employment Secretary Arturo Brion to administer the voluntary retake of Tests 3 and 5 of the June 2006 nursing examinations. The President, in Executive Order 609 she signed March 12, also directed the Department of Budget and Management to allocate P20 million for the administration of the voluntary, special and partial nursing licensure exam.
