Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Ice Ice, Baby. This is ice. Yesterday we were told that we were to have the "worst ice storm in years" by our local weather people. We were out of school so as to not be in danger. That was fun. Got a lot done. ICE Another day off from school. Yeah! Except when we have to make up the stupid day in June- -I will be more than ready to be finished with my job at school. Today will be fun at home again. I think I might throw up in June. Enjoy your day home. Soak it all in!

Thank you, Lord, for infertility and the grace You have shown to us by the blessings of learning how to parent this sweet child. Thursday, February 12, 2009. Well It's About Time, Huh? It's been almost two weeks since I posted! I am sooo ready for June and for this full-time job to be over! Not sure about any of it. I do know that I have fought hand, tooth and nail with God over this and guess what? Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Rainbow Brite was so excited to wear her traditional Chinese outfit to school yesterday. Her choice. Love THAT! Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Nope I don't want to go down that negative road. Instead, I want to reflect on the amazing goodness of my God. He has been so faithful to take care of me every step of the way even when I was pushing for my own will and calling it His. He is so forgiving to take me back into His loving, gentle arms at every whimper of my tired voice. He blessed me with fabulous friends, new and old. He totally rocked at children's camp this summer! He let us buy our incredibly fun Jeep!
