Pulse the first three ingredients in a food processor. Then add desired amount of coconut and pulse until well combined. Press mixture into an 8x8 pan and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Wednesday, October 8, 2014. Smoked Paprika and Garlic Hummus. 3 cans garbanzo beans. 2 garlic cloves, crushed using flat side of a knife. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. 1/4 C Tahiti paste. Juice of 2 limes. 3 TB vegan mayo. 1/4 C HIGH QUALITY olive oil. Place all ingredients (minus the olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add oil and blend just until well incorporated. Serve with additional olive oil drizzled on top along w a sprinkle of paprika for presentation.
