In the past few weeks, I've become much more intimately acquainted with the world of DC food co-ops. Until early August, I was a member of the tiny, completely member-run City Garden Co-op. This is meant to go with Ryan's Ultimate Dahl (to be published soon! 1 medium onion, chopped into cubes. 2 carrots, cut into 1 inch sticks. 1 potato, diced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 fresh tomato, chopped.
