Life's Adventures with Gluten and Dairy Free. Thursday, October 20, 2011. We Learn Something New Every Day. Daiya shredded cheese is soy free, lactose, dairy and casein free and gluten free. I also found out that baking powder has aluminum in it. Rumford brand makes an aluminum free version that Whole Foods carries. No wonder there is an increase in illnesses. That truly amazed me. Well, like the title says, you learn something new every day. I am sure I am not done learning either.

Life's Adventures with Gluten and Dairy Free. Monday, January 2, 2012. We had a wonderful Christmas but missed not seeing one of my brothers and his family. Hopefully next year. Our families came home for Christmas so we did not have to travel which was great since we just got back from Florida the week before! I made him cheese taquitos last week. You just put corn tortillas with shredded rice cheese on top on a baking sheet in a 400 degree oven. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Life's Adventures with Gluten and Dairy Free. Saturday, August 25, 2012. A lot has happened since I last posted. We went to Florida for vacation in June and had a blast- but our son had strep. In July, I was diagnosed with IBS and my doctor suggested I go off dairy for a week to see if it helps. It did! So now I am dairy free. It is hard to give up my morning cup of milk but I am getting there. My brother and his wife had another adorable baby boy! Can't wait to meet him! He is full of it tonight- haha :).
