GF Info, Recipes Etc. Foods, Brands and Favs. 1/2 thumbs up: Wendys - No bun burger - ask for clean gloves and a baked potato. Mom is not as allergic as some. She hasn't had any reaction with this combo. PF Changs - They have a dedicated area and food. Red Robin - A friend ate there several times but Melissa got the worst allergy reaction ever the one time she ate there.

So it's important to remember that thousands of items are naturally gluten free. All fruits, in their natural state. All vegetables, in their natural state.
