This snack is high in protein and fiber and helps keeps me full, without taking up a ton of space in my backpack. 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained. Salt, to taste. Lunch today is going to be my all-time favourite, chickpea “egg” salad. 2 heaping tbsp Vegenaise (or other mayonaise of your choice). 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper, to taste. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Chop the green onion. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher until it is the consistency you like; I like mine quite smooth. Can be refrigerated for multiple days. As a sandwich, with tomato.

My little sister likes to decorate cakes and watches all those shows like cake boss and such. on the show “DC cupcakes”. The lovely ladies SCRUBBED the kitchen, and made sure that they had nothing containing gluten around, and that there was no settled flour on any surfaces their utensils would touch.
