But factor in the high protein value from the peanuts and the eggs, and we could call these good for you. These are super simple, and turn out really delicious. They come together in 10 minutes, and bake in 15! 1 1/4 cups white sugar. 1 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky). 1 cup of Gluten Free Flour (any blend you prefer, I use Tom Sawyer). 1 tsp baking soda.
