The only thing I am not crazy about, is that they contain soy-but i guess it is from the soy sauce for flavoring, and it is 8th down on the ingredient list. 15 crackers are 140 calories. They have a nice crunch to them and a very nice whole grain flavor to them. They are my NEW FAVORITE over some of the "other" rice crackers". I REALLY HAVE A FARM!
