Eight years ago when I started my business it was originally called ‘Johnson’s Gluten Free Catering Provisions’. It came about when Coeliac UK were trying to get restaurants to advertise on their new website ‘ Gluten-Free-Onthego. I did supply a few small restaurants and hotels but sadly the volume was not large enough to sustain the business.
