I Blog Gluten Free! Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Survival 101: Dont leave home with out this. If I was to imagine a day without one thing I.couldn't do without (besides water, air, and food) I would for sure place the e shot on the top of my list. I survive my night shift with this product, I am already a high energy person, but this naturally intensifies that energy without jitters or a crash. On a side note: I choose to use all organic and natural ingredients and minimally processed which I think contributes to the amazing flavors! 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 c chopped onion. 2 cloves minced garlic. 2 c tomato sauce. 2 c cottage cheese. 1 large egg, beaten. 1/4 c grated parmesan. 2 tbsp dried oregano. 2 c sliced zucchini. 2 c packed fresh spinach. 1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella. 1 9x13 baking dish, coat with organic olive oil spray. 3 Preheat oven to 350.
