I’m writing the recipe from memory, so the quantities may be a bit off, but really – mango, bacon, pecans…. how could you go wrong? 1 large fancy lettuce. 15 ripe (but not over-ripe) Kensington Pride mangoes. 3-4 rashers (gluten free) bacon. 1 small packet pecans or pecan pieces (approx 3/4 cup). Super Simple Shrimp Scampi. January 23, 2012. Package of ground turkey. 1 can of white kidney beans (cannelini beans). 1 can of dark red kidney beans. 1 can of light red kidney beans. 1 can of diced tomatoes. 1 large can of tomato sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. 4 large chicken breast. Serve with rice or noodles.
