Gluten Free with Julie B. Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Spinach and Red Pepper Frittatas. I'm currently on my second week of the Whole30. I wanted to do a reset after the holidays, but was traveling in January and then ended up getting the stomach flu (and the hubs and kids too.ugh). So, I started February 6th. So far it's going well! I'm not having my kids or husband do it with me, except for dinners, because I'm not making 2 separate dinners! Spinach and Red Pepper Frittatas. 10 large eggs, beaten.

I finally know what everyone on our list is getting and I'm proud to say I'm almost done shopping and wrapping. I love this time of year! This year we celebrated Thanksgiving VanLue style with my side of the family. When we all get together it's always fun, loud and a little bit crazy.and I wouldn't have it any other way! I won't go into it all here but we couldn't be happier or more confident that this is God's will for our family.
