Thursday, July 02, 2015. Another Mid Wales Connection Project Update. Many people want to know when we can draw a line under this whole saga. Well, this I don't know. National Grid, who have I'm told largely, though not totally suspended work on the line still maintain it is contracted by developers to continue building. "Nothing to do with us mate"! But none of this makes much difference in Montgomeryshire, if there is no subsidy available for the wind farms. Dare say there will be lots of questions....

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a outpouring of Righteous Indignation from the UK media including BBC(Wast Britain)b over this. Churchill is no hero in the Rhondda. He sided with pit owners against the miners in the Tonypandy riots of 1910/11. It started in Penygraig. The fact is even immediately after the War there were many who were not enamoured by the Churchill.
