Through the eyes of the camera. Only a shade of her former glory I am sure this sailing boat must have been once somebody's pride and joy. Lumix G 14mm f4 1/640sec. Olympus Micro Four Thirds. GnarlyDog Views: Painting

http://www.gnarlydogviews.blogspot.com/2015/07/painting.html

Through the eyes of the camera. I paint what cannot be photographed, that which comes from the imagination or from dreams, or from an unconscious drive. I photograph the things that I do not wish to paint, the things which already have an existence.”. Meyer-Optik Görlitz Domiplan 50mm F2.8. I am no painter and this is how I would like to paint. GnarlyDog Views: Evening walk with my sister

http://www.gnarlydogviews.blogspot.com/2015/07/evening-walk-with-my-sister.html

Through the eyes of the camera. Evening walk with my sister. I wanted to get out of the house but I did not feel like driving for hours to get out of the city. I rarely explore the countless parks that this great city offers and today I decided to visit one that promised to have uninterrupted views of the river. Little I knew that the river was not going to be the focus this afternoon. MZuiko 40-150mm f4.6 1/500sec. MZuiko 45mm f2.8 1/1250sec. MZuiko 75mm f2.2 1/800sec. Olympus Micro Four Thirds.

GnarlyDog Views: Old school

http://www.gnarlydogviews.blogspot.com/2015/07/old-school.html

Through the eyes of the camera. There is something about the old school lenses from Germany and Russia that have captured my imagination. It certainly is not about sharpness or autofocus speed, and certainly not the ease of use of mechanical perfection. The lenses I am interested in have none of that: they are chunky, stiff, rough around the edges and awkward to use. So why would anybody want this retro low tech lenses? Hard to describe in words. Meyer Optik Domiplan 50mm f2.8 (@f2.8).

Preparing for Your New Puppies. January 5, 2015. Puppies are always a lovely addition to your home, and it’s even more fulfilling when you raise them yourself. I’ve had several broods and litters under my belt, born and raised right here at home. How to Stop Your Puppy from Eating the Cat’s Food and Vice Versa. April 17, 2015. Puppies are actually much easier to introduce to adult cats as adult cats tend to be more trusting towards a smaller, younger animal. The truth of the matter is that dry cat kibble.

A 20-something Deaf woman on a soapbox and nobody can shut her up. Monday, September 22. Retreating from the blogsphere. Has the trend of blogging evolves to trend of tweeting/Instantgram'ing? I feel like I do not know anybody who still blogs. What I am trying to say is that I am now debating with myself whether to keep on breathing life into this blog. My secondary goal is to share information about Deaf interpreting to any Deaf person who may be piqued but do not know where to start. I originally began...
