Spicy Chicken with Broccoli Recipe. 2-3 boneless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds). 1/4 tsp white pepper. 1 hot chili or 1 tsp crushed red pepper. 3 tbls vegetable oil. 2 tbls brown bean sauce (black bean sauce works too). 3 tsp chopped garlic. 2 tsp chopped ginger root. 1/4 cup chicken broth. But still a little crunchy and some of the sauce absorbs into them.

Today we went up to Payson to a place call Horton Springs Hiking Trail in the Tonto National Forest. I also got to experiment with slow shutter speeds and running water, which I really haven't gotten to take very good ones in the right kind of settings until today! Here's one of me!
