I am going to start incorporating other foods that I want to eat, but making sure on the portion size. I think that is why I did not finish off the basket of fries of Cheeburger Cheeburger and I was able to lose and still eat at Cheeburger Cheeburger and lost weight. Starting weight: 351.0 lbs. Saturday, June 2, 2007. Biggie Sized Weigh In- Week 18: 1.8. Well I finally got caught. I pushed the limits this week. I drank about 7 beers this week and had some tasty Italian food and it came back and added lbs on me. I know what I did wrong and I think this may be the thing to hit me upside the head and get me back on track. My wife and I did this on a 7 day cruise and we did not gain weight. I exercised every morning for at least 25 minutes.
