Ourney · to · H. Kay, I'm starting this journal to track my weight loss and all the crazy stuff that goes along with it. The good and the bad. I'm recommitting to my weight loss and health journey today. I've had some significant wake up calls the last year or so with my family health and my own health and it's time to start living again! Ourney · to · H. I have lost a lot of motivation. I have to try to remember the reasons I started this journey. They haven't gone away. I really don't want to end up in the hospital some day because I didn't take care of my heart now. I really don't. So, this I need to figure out and that is my goal for the next several weeks. Ourney · to · H. Hat a weekend. I tried really hard to be good and as soon as I got to Daddy's on Friday night I started eating and couldn't stop. Maybe part of it was because it was a little stressful having to go see Grandma at the hospital and spending so much time with Wendy and the anxiety of leaving Jaye with him when I know how impatient he is. But, the bottom line is, I have to figure out a way to deal with those situations without turning to food. I just haven't figured it out yet.

Ourney · to · H. Kay, first post in a while. Had a FABULOUS time with Mom over the Fourth/Birthday and only gained a pound! How in the world I evaded the Kimball Farm attack is beyond me. Don't get me wrong, I ate it. I ate it a lot. Starting weight = 232. Current weight = 221. Jaye is still working on it too. We've been walking a lot more lately. Is anyone doing WW online? I have a question about the recipe builder. I entered a recipe through the builder and it's telling me it's 8 points per serving and when I break down and then add the ingredients myself, it's coming up 3.5 per serving!
