How it all went Mmm…. ME, MYSELF and MINDFULNESS. I realised that whilst growing up, we didn’t have the life lessons in school that should have been as obligatory as Math and English. Life lessons like happiness skills, techniques and habits. This among other things, like how to make it in urban jungles! My inspiration is rooted in positivethinkr and it’s my journey to share and uplift as many souls as possible. You can do what you want, anyone can, but you have to believe.
