Monday, December 21, 2009. Smoked trout for the christmas season. Selling lots of our new hot smoked trout for the Christmas. It makes a nice change from the traditional smoked salmon.Went to A rkeen. Stores last week and they were as supportive. Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Goatsbridge Trout visit International Seafood Tradeshow in Boston. Went to the International Seafood Tradeshow in Boston on St. Patrick’s weekend. We spent 3 full days looking at what was happening in the rest of the world regarding the seafood industry especially in relation to adding value to Trout. There were 3 companies producing trout and we were invited to visit Sunburst Trout Farm in North Carolina, USA. Labels: International Seafood Tradeshow Boston.

Wednesday, September 08, 2010. Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay. I went down to Perdido Key for the Labor day week end and added tuesday so I would not have to deal with traffic driving home. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and I had it all to myself on Tuesday. This is in the Gulf Islands National Seashore at the tip of the key. That is a pretty little cay with a little beach to party on. I said it is called the Sunset Grill for a reason, the back faces west. Yes folks it is paradise. Links to this post.
