Is whether freshman RB Ryan Williams has improved the pesky pass blocking that kept him in a redshirt last year. Well, our friend Kyle Tucker answered that question in today's edition of the Virginian-Pilot. Apparently Williams has no problem rising to the challenge when given an ultimatum:.
