What will you need:. 4-5 green chillies (I usually take more since hubby loves it spicy). 1 Tbsp fresh cream. 250 gms cottage cheese (cut in cubes). Cooking Apparatus: Kadhai (Non stick would be better). Grind together the onions, tomatoes and the green chillies into a smooth paste. Heat some oil in the kadhai and add the above paste.
