Lørdag 28. februar 2009. 2 dl store havregryn. 2 dl sammalt spelt eller grovmalt rug. 3 1/2 dl havrekli. 2 1/2 dl sesamfrø. 2 1/2 dl solsikkefrø eller kjerner. Røres sammen, og la dette svelle i ca 20 min. Smøres jevnt og tynt utover i 2 langpanner som er foret med bakepapir. Stekes med varmluft i 180 gr. i 40 -50 min- -til de er gylden. Nb: slipp ut damp under steikeperioden. Bruk en pizza trinse til å dele passelige stykker når du tar ut pannene.det er lettere da å få rutene fra hverandre. Last inn mer .

Torsdag 19. februar 2009. Epler .ja epler er super å bruke til eplekake eller muffins. Jeg syns eplekake er snart å lage, å ikke minst smaker den godt.lunken.med is eller krem. 125 gr. margarin. Tilsett 2 egg, ett og ett i gangen. 2 dl hv,mel. Ha i 2 ss melk. Bland dette, og ha det i en smurt rundform/eller ei lita lanpanne sjøl bruka æ papir i bunnen, da det e lettar å få den ut). Skrell epla 3 te 4 støkka, og skjer dem enten i båter, (ler i biter, å bland dem i selve røra.). Ha en fin mandagskveld!

Crossings Community Church Home Page. I (Robert Smith) grew up in Alabama, where I went to a church with vibrant worship and convincing preaching. Since I lived with my parents near the church, I was expected to attend whenever the doors were open. I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior at the age of twelve, and I am so glad I did.
