Home of Shiloh Coconut Oil. Thursday, January 8, 2015. It's not just the coconut oil that keeps me healthy. Lots of fresh air and exercise help. I hire someone to do the major snow plowing, but lately I've been get plenty of exercise clearing the walk way and deck. It's also great exercise snowshoeing out to the chicken coop twice a day. But, of course I often come in with almost frozen fingers and toes, so it's great to have an immune system that's been strengthened by coconut oil.
