Monday, May 31, 2010. Tuesday, October 30, 2007. My favorite thing to do with my kiddos. This is the reason why poor Jack had to be a bat for his first Halloween.because Mr. Big Stuff just HAD to be a Vampire! BTW, Logan has a Paper Bag Costume Parade at his school Wednesday for Halloween so I made him a costume using ONLY paper! I had to bribe him to get him to wear what I wanted to make.lol. Be on the lookout for the pics! It's going to be the best costume in the school! Here's his paper bag costume.

Saturday, September 14, 2013. I know I haven't posted in forever! I keep telling myself I will catch up our blog, but life keeps interrupting my free time. :). I am writing this blog on my phone in the parking lot while Brian is grabbing some groceries from inside Wal-mart. I am loving my new positions at school as the reading intervention and professional communication teacher. Although I don't teach special education, I'm the department chair. We all had a great morning together as a family. The Der n'...

Our Scott Spot: April 2013
http://our-scott-spot.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 26, 2013. No News is Good News. I totally realize that I have been slacking on our blog. But I've learned that spending time with the family is so much more fun than blogging about them. The Scott Boys have been keeping us busy and are growing like weeds. Our biggest brother is turning into a mini pre-teen and is becoming more and more independent, which is hard because he has always been our autonomous child. Combine this with his ladies-man tendency and we are definitely in trouble! Speak...

Our Scott Spot: October 2012
http://our-scott-spot.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 14, 2012. Please don't hate us for saying no. I have been following a blog from a mom with a son that reminds me so much of Deacon. I read this post. It’s that time of year again. When invites to cook outs and beach days and pool parties start rolling in. We know quite a few families in our community between youth sports and library programs and church. It’s inevitable that we’ll get an invitation to a special something or other. We rarely, if ever, go. But have you met. Go It’s tha...

Our Scott Spot: Favorite Bible Verses
http://our-scott-spot.blogspot.com/p/favorite-bible-verses.html
In tough times, I have learned to lean on God's word. Here are a few favorites that I find the most comfort in:. Have faith in God," Jesus answered. "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Look at the crows! Look how the wild flowers grow! Don't k...

After taking his picture in my glasses, we thought we would pull out his old glasses to try on, which he found hysterical! That led to us looking up his baby photos. and sharing all the fun with you! Jumping on the bed in "baby" glasses. Flashback of our Baby Deacon. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I have been blessed and outnumbered with a house full of boys!

Sunday, September 30, 2012. Bennett: you are about to end your 4th month! You weigh about 18.5 lbs. and are close to 26 inches long. You wear size 9-18 month clothes and size 3 diapers.
