Friday, June 02, 2006. We played and they were glad. Yeah, I admit it, I lied. The show wasn't at Sound Entertainment, it was moved to Pizzarico's. And it wasn't at 7:30, it was actually at 8:00. And no, I'm not their regular trumpet player, I'm learning trombone for them. BUT this certainly was my first time on the other side of a punk show, which is pretty amazing for me. Monday, July 03, 2006. Everyone and their dog. Hello China LIVE Saturday July 8th at The ArtSpace with Big Old Eyes and Goat Island Extrapolation. Tickets are $5 at the door and music starts at 8:00pm. It's very possible that this is the ONLY show Hello China will EVER play as a whole band, so attendance and dancing are manditory. Monday, August 29, 2005. The world has turned and left me here. I'm super stoked to tell everyone that on Friday night, Metragnome - Cam, Jeff, Brandon and Evan - released their debut album at the Grey Fox in Williams Lake. I got my copy from Cam at Denny's at about 1:30 after the release party. Buy your copy now. It's amazing. Tuesday, April 18, 2006. Down time. spent in the air. Chilling out with buds, bikes, guitars and skate parks. Grooving to some Ophelia. A jagstang with a wah pedal, i'm blowing my ears out again, it's sort of a nice feeling. I miss playing bass, hopefully we'll have some shit recorded sooner or later.
