I mentioned before that my new kewl phone takes video and I found a website that will support the file type that it takes it in.which is some strange file type.and it will let me upload up to a gigabyte of videos.for free! For Fitness Sake

It's time to make a change. I lived in an obese body for about 10 years. At about 100 lbs overweight, I wanted to make a change but wasn’t sure where to start. Actually, I knew if I would just put down the Big Mac and go for a walk my body would begin to shrink. You see, there was a trim, healthy, fit girl trapped inside that big body who was begging to be set free. She was the one telling me to get off the couch and DO something but I kept feeding her twinkies just to shut her up.

I was saved at the age of 8 in Illinois. Baptized at the age of 12 at Calvary Baptist Church in Wisconsin Rap-ids, Wisconsin, I continued my growth in Christ through Sunday School, Awana and youth camps. As a young man I served Christ as an Awana leader, then as an Awana director, and then as a Commander. As I grew, I learned the joy of serving others in church. I taught Sunday School, sang in the choir, helped in nursery and child care and drove the church vans to pick up Awana and Sunday School kids.
