Byram's Training to the Bayshore. Here is my story. Who the H— thought of this! I am currently on the shuttle bus in route to the start line of the half marathon. What the heck was I thinking? I feel like a death row inmate doing his last walk on the green mile. There is no question this is going to hurt, but the reward could be so sweet… Right? If this is my last post I hope all my friends and family throw one heck of a wake! Laquo; The last run before the big day. Date : May 29, 2010.

Byram's Training to the Bayshore. Here is my story. Not a bad Monday. I’m not a huge fan of Mondays, but today was pretty good. I struggle to find that motivation on Mondays, but with the weather as nice as it was I just couldn’t resist a run. More like I had no choice but to run because I did not do any running on Saturday or Sunday. I golfed Saturday and read an article about running on Sunday, does that count as training? Just another training day down and the journey continues. 7 the elusive creature.

We Have the Runs. Just another WordPress.com weblog. It was raining; well, more like misting. Either way, it made us feel heavy and covered the lens of my glasses so I had to keep wiping them off – a difficult task while running. Baker Road (for those of you who remember it) it still a mess of potholes and patch jobs. I was very uncomfortable to run and and it hurt my foot. Otherwise, we had an extremely successful run. We Have the Runs. Just another WordPress.com weblog. My last post promised a 7-8 mile run on Tuesday, but that may have been a little bit of a lofty goal. I just couldn’t do it. Let’s start with the excuses:. I didn’t have time to pack a lunch and was forced to eat deep fried gut bomb from the cafeteria for lunch.
