I haven’t lost any more since Wednesday but I’m retaining some water, hopefully that will change in the next few days. No sweat, I’ve still lost 6 pounds in the first week. I HAVE A PLAN PEOPLE…. I'll hang on until I get home and have some hot chocolate. How to handle this in the future? WHY DON'T I HAVE A PLAN FOR THIS ALREADY? So, beginning tomorrow, I will carry a baggie with a few mini marshmallows and a small bag of microwaveable popcorn in the truck for sweet and salty craving emergencies. It was then all about Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus and that is slowly fading out to make room for Harry Potter! She finished reading the Harry Potter series last summer and this year she is reading them for the 2nd time. It seems at least once a day there is some reference to the magical world of Harry.
