What I learn from teaching in South Korea. March 7, 2014. At 2448 × 3264. In Spring Vacation: Myanmar. I think this was the fermented tea leaf salad. Sounds a little weird but it was one of our favorite Burmese dishes. Or leave a trackback: Trackback URL. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. What I learn from teaching in South Korea. March 7, 2014. At 960 × 1280. In Spring Vacation: Myanmar. Our first boat ride! We took a boat back across the lake. Notice the bikes in the back. We opted for the boat instead of riding back. This is one of my favorite pictures form the trip. Or leave a trackback: Trackback URL. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. What I learn from teaching in South Korea. March 7, 2014. At 3264 × 2448. In Spring Vacation: Myanmar. First morning at Inle Lake. We rented bikes and rode around these little dusty dirt roads. Sounded like a great ide when we rented the bikes…by this point in the ride we were already regretting it! Or leave a trackback: Trackback URL. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. What I learn from teaching in South Korea. Newer posts →. Hiking Sobaeksan National Park. October 21, 2013. For some time now I’ve been wanting to get into doing more hiking around Korea. After a couple of very crowded hikes around Seoul, Pearl and I decided to head off to one of the national parks and see what it was like. We just basically scanned the map and kind of randomly picked “Sobaeksan” because the location seemed good. It turned out to be a really nice choice. When we came off the mountain we ...

Memories of the future. Life is an art. It takes faith, love and courage. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Were you born in a barn? Now that it is cold (I mean, even I think it's cold), they seem insistent on keeping the doors and windows open, to the extent that sometimes it's not just a little draughty, it's blowing a gale. Going Back East | What I learn from teaching in South Korea

What I learn from teaching in South Korea. March 7, 2014. Myanmar has a tough history and a what more or less could be called a totalitarian government. Only recently has the government been relaxing some of their restrictions, and tourism is just starting to take off in the country. Because of this situation, it was a very interesting place to visit. It was a really interesting trip and I’m so glad we got the opportunity to visit this country. In a market in Yangon. I liked the sign. Our first boat ride!

Going Back Home | Never say Never

50 before 50: Become a Mermaid. Posted by Jennifer Gabriel in 50 before 50. When my mermaid partner, Jordan, and I got together before our class, she shared the conversation she had with.
