I eat half and if I like it I take the other half home. If the meal wasn't all that great I just let it go. Another realization is that I really don't want to weigh 132 pounds. Normally I can isolate the hunger issue I am having, identify with it, talk it out with my girlfriends, eat and be on my merry dieting way.
