Growing up on a lake, swimming out to the raft was an early childhood goal. We worked up to it and earned the right to swim back and forth, play raft tag and just be generally "cool" all summer long. Real life is a lot like that raft test. Set a goal, practice, test, fail, practice, test, achieve... repeat. I live a joy-filled life as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend and writer. Monday, October 10, 2011. Pumpkintown is for the Bees. Today might have been our last foray to the land of the Pumpkin. I love Fall. I love the smells, the sounds, the flavors. Though I must confess that having just upgraded Mason from a carseat to a boosterseat had me a bit twitchy.
