A Blog Written from The Gut. Friday, February 17, 2012. It has to be said! It has to be said loud and clear for all to hear! What has happened to my Chorizo? I can still find it in grocery stores and at my favorite haunt, Roberto's Taco Shop, I've even found a great chorizo burrito at a hole in the wall deli called Nick's in Seal Beach. But I can't just stop at any random taco shop any more and expect the same taste and experience. Can somebody help me solve this mystery? Posted by Going Tapas.

But for tonight's family meal at home our entire menu was provided by the warehouse superstore. Costco also was the source of the red potatoes, fresh garlic, butter and milk used to make the mashed potatoes. A Blog Written from The Gut. Saturday, January 28, 2012. I stole this creative idea from a friend and has to share it you. It's so simple and fun that your little ones can join you in the kitchen. All you need are a couple of standard hot dogs. Large Kosher, all beef are just fine. (Although, a turkey or chicken hot dog could be subbed in easily) and some uncooked spaghetti noodles. Only about 8-10 minutes is required for a slightly softer noodle, which seems to be the preference for my 4 year-old.
